Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles required.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly; assist with luggage where applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Maintain ticket information and revenue as part of the valet system.
