Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Utah. Responsibilities include providing exceptional hospitality services while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely. You will assist guests with directions and luggage during their stay.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and related experience. This position also offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $15 to $18.50 plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions.

Skills

Ability to read and write standard English language

Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems

Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers

Ability to perform parallel parking

Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
