Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and luggage during arrival and departure. The role requires a friendly, efficient approach and careful handling of tickets and payments.

You will guide guests, answer questions, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Shifts are PM, with focus on safety, accuracy, and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state you’re applying to work.
• Experience: One month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer service and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; issue and collect claim checks and keys.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
