Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate at our Murray, UT location to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage at arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Benefits include accident/critical illness insurance and a 401(k) plan; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and colleagues.
• Basic math for processing payments.
• Understanding 24 hour/military time and time rates.
• Manual transmission driving and parallel parking desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and co‑workers.
• Greet guests, use proper phone etiquette, and assist with directions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage as needed.
• Answer inquiries about local amenities and services.
• Explain rates and collect payments; manage ticket and key processes.
• Contribute to overall guest satisfaction to complete 100% of duties.
