Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering friendly service.

The position runs Mon-Fri 8a-4p with an hourly base pay of $17.50–$18.50 plus tips. High school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, along with strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license for the applying state or nearby area is required.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests using the appropriate salutation and Towne Park etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist with luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and receipts accurately.
