Job summary

Towne Park is looking for a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver guest amenities as needed during arrival and departure.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. One month of related experience is acceptable; benefits include multiple insurances and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid driver's license; local requirements.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write English, communicate clearly, present to guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures and handles keys and tickets accurately.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Performs all tasks to maintain 100% overall job function.
