Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests. You will greet guests, manage vehicle parking and retrieval, and handle guest inquiries with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in ticketing and revenue handling, and assisting with guest amenities and directions within a busy parking facility. A valid driver’s license and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or reside within a commutable distance.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Ability to perform arithmetic operations with money and time formats.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Ensure ticket and key/tag accuracy and process payments when required.
