Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is looking for team members to provide excellent Guest service and fast, bold food in a high-energy restaurant. As a flexible-hour teammate, you will help drive guest satisfaction, participate in cross-training, and support daily operations in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications include guest service or food preparation experience, basic math, and a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to Guests needs and feedback.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Help ensure the restaurant is safe, clean, and fun for employees and Guests.
