Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a team member to deliver fast, friendly guest service and support daily restaurant operations. You will be responsible for helping ensure we are the 1st Choice for our Guests by providing excellent service and efficient food preparation.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
• Escalating concerns to the General Manager
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
