Checkers & Rally’s is hiring Team Members to deliver fast, bold food and exceptional Guest service in a high-energy setting. You will help build sales by satisfying Guests, respond to their needs, and assist with cross-training in multiple positions.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.

• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs and provide timely service.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Maintain policy compliance to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and fun for employees and Guests.
