Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking team members to deliver fast, bold food and outstanding guest service at our Covington location. You’ll help ensure guest satisfaction, participate in cross-training, and uphold our standards of safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have guest service or food prep experience, basic math skills, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is preferred, and food safety certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
