Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Team Member to deliver guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting. You will help promote guest satisfaction, support cross-training, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and policy standards.

This role is part of our CorporateField Operations team, contributing to a high-energy guest experience. Ideal candidates bring guest service or food prep experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a willingness to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma or GED preferred; Food Safety certification preferred.
• Commitment to integrity, service, excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalating concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs.
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
