Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service and assist with quick, bold food execution. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

The role requires basic math, a flexible schedule, and a high-energy approach to busy service periods. GED preferred and food-safety certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalating concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs.
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
