Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, coach performance, and greet guests within our retail store. You will ensure adherence to safety, security, and store policies while operating the point of sale with proper cash handling and daily housekeeping tasks.

The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays, and reliable transportation to the store. The position is on-site at our Vermont location.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure correct execution of management directives.
• Provide coaching to staff to improve performance.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
