Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Maintain product replenishment to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
