Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in South Burlington, VT. You will supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and ensure safety, security and store policies are followed to deliver a great shopping experience.

You will handle POS operations, cash deposits, and housekeeping, support 24/7 guest service programs, assist vendors, and adapt to flexible hours including nights and weekends. A high school diploma is required and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (High school diploma or equivalent)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and monitor work processes directed by management
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies, procedures and practices
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels
• Maintain store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash)
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes
• Handle all cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines
• Work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and/or holidays
• Be efficient and organized
• Must have reliable transportation
