Job summary

The Wayback - A Tribute Portfolio in Pigeon Forge, TN seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to lead front of house, guide guest experience, and support revenue and sales efforts in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will supervise front desk staff, coordinate reservations, handle guest issues with care, and train team on property management systems while upholding appearance and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel front office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone operations.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications across channels.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rate plans, and hotel policies.
• Supervise front office duties when the Guest Service Manager is off.
• Train front desk personnel on PMS and front office procedures.
• Be available for all shifts, including overnight audits.
