Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead staff, supervise daily store operations, and deliver a welcoming shopping experience. You will coach team members, manage POS activities, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and in-stock conditions across the store.

The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A reliable means of transportation is required to support all store locations.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.,).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform all duties directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to store policies on safety, security, quality and operations.
• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure housekeeping tasks are completed and keep areas clean.
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints and check in vendors per guidelines.
