Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store operations, supervise staff, coach performance, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment. You will manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily housekeeping to maintain in-store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be available for flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all store areas (floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks align with management policies.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Handle cash processes and maintain POS accuracy.
