Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, maintain service standards, and support store operations. The role emphasizes coaching, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures.

The position requires flexibility, strong organization, and the ability to work in varying environments. A high school diploma is required, with competitive hourly pay in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outside).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties set by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed.
• Execute guest service programs 24/7.
• Handle cash processes including deposits and gift cards.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
