Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, coach employees, and greet guests to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role enforces safety and store policies, operates the POS, and maintains cash levels and housekeeping standards.

The GSS will ensure 24/7 guest service programs, manage cash processes, replenish stock, and address guest inquiries while coordinating with vendors as needed.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Flexibility to work day, night, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor and stock area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
