Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff and organize work processes directed by management. You'll greet guests, coach employees, and ensure store operations meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, maintaining cash levels, and ensuring cleanliness. Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate POS, maintain cash levels, and balance cash sessions.
• Keep store clean and organized (dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
