Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, coach team members, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will handle POS transactions, cash deposits, and ensure compliance with safety and operations standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, replenishing stock, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating with vendors. This role requires flexibility for various shifts and physical activity in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience supervising staff and performing cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure adherence to management directives.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate POS and maintain cash levels with supervision.
• Ensure store policies on safety, quality and operations are followed.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory replenishment.
