Summary of position:

The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the operational activities of the hotel's front desk, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out, and coordination of hotel services. The role involves staffing the Front Desk/Guest Services appropriately by reviewing team member schedules and occupancy projections. Responsibilities include handling cash, making change, balancing the house bank, and verifying cash and other payment methods at the end of each shift.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
