We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform all assigned duties.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system and maintain proper cash levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Execute guest service programs and processes around the clock.
  • Manage cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Ensure products are replenished and in-stock.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors following established guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to access all store areas and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
