Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money order machines, electronic payment machines, postal equipment, copies, lottery, Western Union, and bookkeeping.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to employees in Guest Services, cashiering, and related tasks.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
