Coborn's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable guest service at the front end of the store. You will handle cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and related transactions, while assisting guests with returns, issues, and inquiries.

• Prior guest service experience is preferred.
• Able to perform front-end duties including cashiering and money order processing.

Mansioni

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter.
• Perform front-end tasks: cashiering, bagging, money orders, postal, Western Union, etc.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to staff in Guest Services and cashiering as needed.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
