LBA Hospitality is hiring a Guest Service Representative to manage front-desk activities, respond to guest needs, process reservations and payments, and support hotel revenue with effective selling strategies. This on-site role may also serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.

Join our hospitality team to create a welcoming, memorable experience for guests. Prior guest-relations experience and strong communication skills are valued for success in this position.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome, register, and check out guests while protecting confidentiality.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest loyalty program participation.
• Answer calls and provide accurate information about services and amenities.
• Operate the front desk and balance daily transactions.
• Identify sales opportunities and share leads with the team.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and document recovery efforts.
• Communicate special requests and maintenance needs across departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area.
