Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will support smooth front desk operations and aim to create memorable stays for guests.

You will interact with guests, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and provide local information while maintaining a clean, organized front desk area. Flexible shifts including holidays and weekends are typical.

Qualifications
