Job summary

My Place Hotel - Wenatchee is seeking a dependable Guest Service Representative to support front desk operations and provide a welcoming, professional experience for every guest. You will handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and manage charges while staying organized and attentive to safety and hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs and manage reservations.
• Record guest charges accurately (room rates, taxes, purchases, pet fees).
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions; answer questions courteously.
• Support daily operations (laundry, cleaning, stocking, coffee bar, snow/ice removal).
• Handle phone calls, transfer, and record messages; assist with night audit documentation when scheduled.
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to the General Manager.
