My Place Hotels in Vancouver, WA is seeking a dependable Guest Service Representative to support front desk operations and deliver a welcoming, professional guest experience throughout check-in, stay, and checkout.

You will handle reservations, guest charges, and inquiries about amenities, loyalty programs, and local attractions while assisting with light housekeeping tasks and night shift duties as needed. Compensation includes $17.13-$18.13 per hour, monthly bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs; manage reservations and guest charges.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, loyalty rewards, and local attractions; respond to questions.
• Assist with laundry, cleaning, and stocking; maintain coffee bar and common areas.
• Answer and transfer phone calls; record messages; coordinate wake-up requests.
• Process credit card authorizations and cash transactions; complete shift paperwork; assist with night audit documentation.
