Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Guest Service Representative in Charleston, SC. The role oversees front-desk activities, assists guests, processes reservations, and supports hotel revenue with effective selling strategies.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, managing the property-management system, and ensuring a clean, secure lobby area. Evening/weekend shifts may be required and professionalism is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales, reservations, or guest-relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and check in/out guests while protecting confidential information.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and guest loyalty-program participation.
• Answer calls and provide accurate information about services, rates, and amenities.
• Operate the property-management system to post charges, balance transactions, and collect payments.
• Promote hotel services, future reservations, and available room options.
• Identify sales opportunities and share leads with the team.
