Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of Front Desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete check-in, check-out processes and manage reservations accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly following company guidelines.
