LBA Hospitality is hiring a Guest Service Representative to support front-desk operations, assist guests with check-in/out, and process reservations and payments. The role may include serving as Manager on Duty when assigned, ensuring a welcoming, memorable guest experience at our Florida hotel.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or guest-relations experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or guest-relations experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and check in/out guests while protecting confidentiality.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, cancellations, and guest loyalty programs.
• Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information about hotel services and rates.
• Operate the property-management system to post charges, collect payments, and balance transactions.
• Verify payment methods and complete cash, check, and credit-card reconciliations.
• Promote hotel services and future reservations to guests.
• Identify sales opportunities and share leads with team members.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and document service-recovery efforts.
