Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team in Bloomington, MN. The role focuses on warm guest welcome, accurate check-in/check-out, and maintaining a polished front desk area.

You will review arrival lists, assist VIPs, handle phones, and protect guest information while delivering exceptional service and support for daily hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition and warmth.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash, perform daily bank counts and cash drops per procedures.
• Maintain a clean front desk area and assist with lobby activation.
• Protect guest PII and follow check-in/check-out procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
