Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or related experience.
• Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and provide a friendly check-in experience.
• Process departures, close accounts, and ensure charges are accurate.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, receipts, and guest accounts.
• Answer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations about the hotel and area.
• Accept reservations by phone and in person, communicating rates and availability.
• Use suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience.
• Stay informed about hotel amenities, activities, and local events.
• Answer calls, assist with wake-up calls, and manage guest communications.
• Maintain front desk logs and communicate with team members across departments.
