Responsibilities include cash handling with accuracy, managing the service area, maintaining display cleanliness, and addressing customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional interaction with others.
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to receive money and accurately count back change.
• Knowledge of cash security and regular cash drops.
• Basic computer skills.
• punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming, positive attitude.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Handle cash and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer service issues promptly.
• Notify manager of issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure product rotation and display cleanliness.
• Maintain display case cleanliness and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
