Job summary

Church’s Chicken is seeking a team member for a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and ensure timely service while maintaining product quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include cash handling, basic computer usage, and following management directives to upsell and resolve guest concerns. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager and operates within the Field Operations department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Handle cash, collect payments, and give accurate change.
• Address customer concerns or complaints promptly.
• Notify the manager of any issues or problems.
• Verify opening cash drawer and balance at shift end.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and preventing cash drops.
• Report any deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems to the Manager in Charge.
• Ensure product holding times are observed and display cases are clean.
• Keep service area stocked with napkins, cups, lids, etc., and maintain iced tea levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
