Job summary

Church's Chicken in Tampa, FL is seeking a friendly, efficient restaurant team member to greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy environment.

You will follow the operating standards, rotate products properly, keep the counter and display clean, and assist with daily cash handling and opening/closing procedures. Previous cash-handling experience is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Must follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to count money and give correct change.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide courteous service.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer issues or complaints promptly.
• Notify manager of issues as needed.
• Verify opening bank readings and cash accuracy.
• Count cash at end of shift and ensure accuracy.
• Report deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems to management.
• Maintain proper product rotation and attractive displays.
• Keep display case clean and stocked with essentials.
• Maintain iced tea and service area supplies.
