• Takes and fills orders within mandated service time.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects payment and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer service issues or complaints promptly and notifies the manager when needed.
• Manages cash drawer and counts it at end of shift for accuracy.
• Ensures product holding times and display rotation are maintained.
• Keeps service area stocked and clean at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
