MainStay Suites Detroit Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Guest Service Representative for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will be the face of the hotel, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest issue resolution with a focus on exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a positive attitude, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. This is a full-time clerical role within Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc.

The Guest Service Representative is a team member of the MainStay Suites Detroit Auburn Hills location. This is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand.
