Job summary

Tricoci University is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for guests and students, delivering courteous and professional assistance throughout campus visits.

You will greet guests, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain records to ensure a seamless experience; collaboration with multiple departments will be essential to sustain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
