Our Company: Schulte Hospitality Group is a division of Schulte Companies, managing over 200 locations across 38 states and 3 countries, with reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Hyatt, as well as boutique properties.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests upon arrival, focusing on personal recognition
  • Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
  • Escort VIPs and check them in prior to arrival
  • Answer phones promptly with a smile, answer questions, or transfer calls
  • Manage cash bank, perform cash drops, and report over/shorts
  • Keep front desk area clean and organized
  • Assist with lobby activation as needed
  • Handle guest PPI data properly
  • Follow check-in/check-out procedures, including verifying IDs and payments
  • Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk procedures
  • High School diploma or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Exceed guest and team expectations
  • Excellent time management skills
