Job description

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide technical support and manage customer accounts
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
- Follow defined procedures and policies while demonstrating problem-solving skills
- Maintain time and task management, adapting to project changes as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device that has a functioning camera
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of professionalism

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
