As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver an excellent customer experience and help demystify health insurance enrollment.

GetInsured has the largest state-based marketplace footprint, with consumer-friendly interfaces and decision support tools empowering millions nationwide. We build and operate award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools serving state exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers. Our services include eligibility determination, plan selection, enrollment technology, and innovative marketing and call center tools.

Employment Type
  • Full-time/Seasonal
Compensation
  • $15.00/hr. plus performance incentives
  • $16.00/hr. Bilingual (Spanish), plus performance incentives
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required during training
  • Full attendance for a paid 3-week training
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 Mbps with Ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber broadband internet with a wired Ethernet connection is required
  • Not compatible with mobile internet, satellite, Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi extenders
Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Inbound/outbound calls and delivering high-quality customer service
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Data entry and handling online chat inquiries
  • Follow defined procedures and policies
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to changing projects
  • Effective time and task management
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing; passing exams required for certification
