Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking a Weekend Hotel Night Auditor for the Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff. This overnight role involves nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork, and shift reports, while delivering high-quality service to guests.

The position requires at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience, ability to work overnight hours, and attention to detail. Starting pay is $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of hotel front desk experience
• Available to work overnight shifts (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am)
• Strong general accounting knowledge and ability to balance nightly cash

Responsibilities

• Daily audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage cash and credit operations
• Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guests’ needs
• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment
• Ensure guest and property safety by knowing all safety, security and emergency procedures
