Qualifications

• Two-year front desk/apprenticeship program preferred.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and people management skills; accounting knowledge.
• Proficient with Opera/Opera Cloud systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and provide a warm, welcoming service.
• Answer questions and arrange transportation for guests.
• Handle telephone, email, and in-person inquiries and book reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payment, and manage cash handling.
