Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Needham, MA to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and outstanding guest service. You will handle guest inquiries, payments, and reservations, while maintaining accurate guest records using our property management systems.

The role supports front office operations and requires flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Prior front desk experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued.

Formación

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Process payments and balance cash transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
