Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative in Anaheim to greet guests, manage check-ins, and assist with lobby activities. You’ll review arrival lists, prepare welcome amenities, and escort VIPs to rooms while ensuring smooth phone inquiries and accurate cash handling.

A friendly, proactive service mindset and effective communication are essential. Minimum front desk experience and high school education are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• High School education is required.
• Knowledge of hotel front desk operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition and warm service.
• Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings with a friendly demeanor and route queries as needed.
• Maintain proper cash handling and report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and handle data according to policy.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and collect IDs and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

Education
