Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests and manage front desk operations. The role focuses on personal recognition, efficient check-in/out, and maintaining a smooth lobby experience.

Excellent communication and time management are essential in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Two main duties include assisting with arrival logistics, coordinating amenities, and ensuring accurate handling of payments and guest information.

Formación

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Basic computer skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists and assists with welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in
• Answer phones within three rings and route inquiries
• Manage cash handling and report cash over/shorts
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PII data and follow proper procedures
• Follow check-in/check-out checklists and verify ID and payment methods
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
